Troubleshooting Android

Android battery optimisation

For the MedTracks app to notify users of their medication times, even when the phone is asleep, we need to set the app as non-optimised or unrestricted.

There may be menu differences on various devices.

Here are guides for a Samsung, a Google Pixel and a Xiaomi phone.

If you have a phone that still doesn’t have a menu that makes sense, please let us know and we will provide further guidance if we are able.
